In June 2015 I had the misfortune of a house fire in which my son and I lost
A Broughton,
everything due to smoke damage. Having contacted the insurance company and
meeting the loss adjusters I requested a local builders Southwell Building
Services which I had been recommend to use to carry out the full
restoration.
Having lived in and out of hotels for 12 weeks I must say the communications
during this time was second to none, whether it was Ian on site or Paula in
the office or just me wanting to ask questions... Nothing was too much
trouble, on the occasions I visited the house to see the progress the
workmen were helpful, professional, hard working and worked very clean and
tidy. My house was finished a head of schedule and whilst it had been a very
traumatic time it was a pleasure to go back to my newly renovated house. I
couldn't recommend them highly enough.
